I was born and raised in Washington and live in North Seattle with my family. I have two amazing children Eligh and Daisy who are the sunshine of my life. We have two rambunctious hairless cats named Lola and Lucy. I’ve had a love for anything crafty since I was a little girl playing with my grandma’s beads, paints and fabrics. I’ve worked for Fusion Beads since 2005 when my son was just a baby and have loved every second of being a part of the Fusion family! It’s great to be surrounded by so much creativity and talent. I enjoy so many different styles when it comes to my beading and jewelry, but I must say I am a huge fan of large statement pieces. I like to incorporate sewing into a lot of my jewelry designs; using textiles, mixed metals, crystals, and much more. A few Fusionbeads.com techniques at the top of my list would have to be Covering a Component, Twisted Wire – Branch Effect, Bead Embroidery, and Right Angle Weave Bead. A color palette that always catches my eye consists of mustard, grey, chartreuse, olive, teal and burnt orange.
