I was born in San Diego, but came to Washington before I could walk or talk, so it’s all I’ve ever known. I love the grey, the clouds and the rain. I’ve been working at FusionBeads.com in various capacities since 2007 and feel very at home in the friendly, creative atmosphere with all of my talented co-workers. Most Saturdays, you can find me holed up in my Queen Anne apartment, hunched over one of my many pieces of musical equipment composing, playing or recording my latest masterpiece that no one will ever hear. Lately though, I’ve gotten the beading bug and have even made my wife earrings which she claims to like. So far, I’ve delved in the Wire Wrapping and Simple Loops techniques and my favorite inspiration pieces are the Blend With Me and Rainbow Sparkle earrings. Both demonstrate that a piece doesn’t have to be overly complicated to be visually striking, which gives a guy like me a little hope.
