  • We take fraud very seriously at Fusion Beads and reserve the right to verify information for any order placed with us before shipping. This applies to orders shipping with expedited shipping methods as well.

  • Some examples of additional information would be payment verification such as the bank customer service phone number on the back of your credit card. We use this to verify payment.

What do I do if I made a mistake on my Shipping Address?

Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible to correct the issue in your address. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Time, toll free 1.888.781.3559 or 1.206.781.9500 outside of the United States and Canada. As long as your order is still in our warehouse we will correct the mistake.

Whether your order is still with us or has shipped, please contact us to notify us of the issue and to discuss what options are available for correcting the problem.

Please remember to verify your shipping address at the time of your next order.

How will I know if my order shipped?

You will receive an email notification when your order has left our warehouse. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account on FusionBeads.com.

If you do not see your order confirmation or shipping notification in your inbox as expected, please check your spam or junk mail folder to see if our message was diverted there. If this happens, please add support@fusionbeads.com to your Safe Senders or address book to authorize future correspondences from our email system.

Please note that email is our primary form of communication with our customers. If there is a change or issue affecting your order we will attempt to reach you via the email address provided on your customer account.

How do I track my package?

Free Standard Shipping:

  1. Copy the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email into the search box on:
    http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?id=4838
  2. Do not press enter. Do not include any spaces. Click ‘Track’.
  3. You will be redirected to a page displaying your tracking information.
  4. After your package has been tendered to USPS you will have access to further tracking information by clicking the ‘USPS Delivery Confirmation’ number located at the lower right-hand corner of that screen. You will be redirected to USPS.com where the rest of your tracking information will be displayed up to delivery.

Please note: You may see different terms in your tracking information. “Delivery Confirmation” is a service we request for our Standard Shipping packages, but does not indicate the package was delivered. “Tendered to USPS” indicates your package was transferred by a sorting service to USPS for delivery, but does not indicate the package was delivered. The status update “Delivered” does indicate the package was delivered.


USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail:

  1. Copy the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email into the search bar on www.usps.com
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon
  3. You will be redirected to a page displaying your tracking information

All UPS Shipments:

Why do shipping rates change?

Despite regular increases in US Postal Services, FusionBeads.com had maintained the same shipping rates - including a free shipping option with no minimum order - for as long as possible.

At times shipping rates and services may fluctuate in accordance with more current costs. We believe the rates and services we offer are competitive and reasonable and continue to focus on providing our customers with excellent services and quality.

What is your policy if you’re unable to ship an item I ordered?

FusionBeads.com does not have a backorder system. All items listed as available to purchase on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

In the rare case we are unable to ship the full quantity of an item or items in your order we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of any changes. You will only be charged for the items that ship from our warehouse.

It is not our policy to ship similar items in place of an item that is unavailable.

Can I pick up my order at your Retail Store in Seattle, WA?

All online orders are shipped to their recipient. We do not have a facility for receiving customers here at our warehouse and we are not located in the same building as our Retail Store in Seattle, WA.

US orders $25 and higher receive free standard shipping! Otherwise, our standard shipping option is just $1.99. By ordering online, you are receiving the best value possible as well as the convenience of home delivery.
