Helpful technical terms for shopping online.

  • PC: an abbreviation for personal computer - like a desk top or lap top computer. FusionBeads.com works  best when accessed from a PC.

  • Mobile Device: a hand-held computer that can access the internet. This includes smart phones and tablets. At this time, FusionBeads.com is not designed to work with mobile devices. We recommend placing your orders on a PC.

  • Operating System or OS: Your computer's operating system is the software that runs all of the programs on your computer. Currently, the two most common operating systems for PCs are Windows and MacOS.   • Web Browser: the software you use on a PC or mobile device to access and use the internet. If you are unsure as to what browser your PC or mobile device uses, try using a web site like: http://www.thismachine.info/

  • Cookies: The term "cookies" is used to describe a temporary file created on your computer to store information for you while you are shopping. Think of it as a file into which you are cutting and pasting items that you want to purchase. If you have your cookies turned off, or your security settings do not allow third-party cookies, there is no file for our site to see which items you want to purchase, which may prevent it from performing properly.

Why can’t I add items to my cart?

If you are having trouble adding an item to your cart make sure you have entered a number into the QTY box to the left of the "Add" button.

How do I clear my web browser's cache, cookies and history?

Your browser's cache is your computer's way of storing information to make it possible to use the internet quickly and smoothly. Sometimes it's necessary to clear your cache to erase old information or clear up enough room for your browser to operate properly.

Use the information below to clear your browser's cache.

Internet Explorer:

1. Click gear icon to the far right of the page
2. Click Delete (located under the Browsing history section on the General tab)
3. Select the amount of data you would like to delete
4. Click Delete
5. Click OK, and you’re done!

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Go to Tools, then click Options
2. Click Advanced, then Network
3. Click Clear Now
4. Click OK, and you’re done!

Google Chrome:

1. Click wrench icon to the far right of the address bar
2. Click Tools
3. Click Clear Browsing Data
4. Select the amount of data you would like to clear and a starting point you would like to clear it from
5. Click Clear Browsing Date, and you’re done!

Why did the items in my cart disappear?

If you are shopping on our website as a guest or before you have logged in to your customer account your cart is saved by your computer and is computer-specific. If the items in your cart are disappearing, look at your computer's security settings. Make sure that your internet browser is set to accept "cookies."

If you have your cookies turned off, or your security settings do not allow third-party cookies, there is no file for our site to see which items you want to purchase.

General instructions to change your security settings on a standard PC are the following:

  • Access the Tools menu on your web browser and select the Privacy tab along the top.
  • Within this tab you can add 'www.fusionbeads.com' to your list of sites that you accept cookies from, or lower your security settings while shopping with us.
  • You can resume your previous higher settings when you are finished shopping.


If you are shopping while logged in to your customer account your cart will be saved to your account. If you log out your cart will no longer be visible and you will have to back in to see the items saved in your cart.

When you have items saved by our system in this way, log out, then continue shopping while logged out, you will see the saved items reappear in addition to the new items once you log in. Item can be removed or edited prior to finalizing checkout.

Why aren’t I receiving emails from FusionBeads.com?

If you are not receiving emails from us please check the email on your FusionBeads.com account to make sure it is correct. You can check and edit your account information by clicking "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner of our website. Once you are signed in click "My Account".

Sometimes emails can get caught in your email's Spam or Junk Mail folder by accident. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add support@fusionbeads.com to your Safe Senders List or Contacts in your email inbox. This should authorize us to email you in the future.

What internet browsers does FusionBeads.com support?

Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer are all supported by FusionBeads.com. We highly recommend having the most current version of the browser of your choice for optimal site performance.

Safari, which is pre-installed on most Macintosh machines, is not supported by our website. We recommend running a free download for Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the best shopping experience. Using a different browser will also aid you in other internet activities as Safari is a limited browser.

How do I download your PDF instructions and other information?

FusionBeads.com offers free, step-by-step instructions for most of our Inspiration Projects. Our instructions are available as PDF files. (PDF stands for Adobe’s Portable Document Format.)

You can download these PDF files directly to your computer from our website. Save the files to your computer, and then you can open and print the instructions at your convenience.To view and download PDF files, you will need Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader free from Adobe’s website:

If you are having problems downloading Inspiration instructions to a computer connected to a secured network (such as a corporate network), the network’s security settings may be preventing the download. If so, please try again from a non-networked computer.

Can I access my Cart from a different computer?
