Learn to use glue with WireLace® ribbon to create a necklace with "floating" beads.
Print these instructions
1mm Wire Lace Ribbon
2x2mm Crimp Beads
Beads approximately 4-8mm
Hypo Tube Cement
Crimp a clasp onto the WireLace® ribbon.
String a bead onto the other end of your ribbon.
Place a drop of glue on the ribbon where you want your bead to be. I placed this drop of glue about 1.5 inches from the crimp bead.
Slide your bead over the drop of glue. Hold it there for about 15 seconds.
The glue will set in about 20 minutes but you can still keep adding beads!
String another bead onto the ribbon.
Place another drop of glue on the ribbon where you want your bead to be. I placed this drop of glue about 1 inch from the last bead.
Slide your bead over the drop of glue. Hold it there for about 15 seconds. Continue this pattern, adding beads as close or as far away from each other as you wish until desired length.
Finish your piece by crimping a jump ring or the other end of your clasp onto the ribbon.
