Information on how to access and manage your personal account and online orders can be found below.

Where can I find My Account information?

Access your account by clicking "Sign In", located in the upper right-hand corner of our website. From there, enter your email address and password then click "Continue". You may notice your screen refresh.

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address then click the link labeled "Click here if you've forgotten your password". An email notification containing password reset information will automatically be sent to you.

After signing in, click "My Account", which has appeared in the upper right-hand corner of our website.


Accessing Order Information

Access order history & info: Click "See Orders"

This will include order numbers, invoice details like SKUs and quantities, shipping methods and dates, order status, totals, and more!

Re-ordering: Click "Re-order Items"

You will see all the items you've bought from FusionBeads.com since August 2012.

Don't see an order you're looking for? In August 2012 we switched systems and our website changed a bit. Click "We Changed Systems – View Your Old Order History" to access orders submitted on our website prior to those changes.


Updating Account Information

Stop or Recieve eNewsletter: Click "Campaign Subscription Center" (far left of screen)

Update Log In Info: Click "Change Email/Password" (far left of screen)

Update Security Questions: Click "Update Security Questions" (far left of screen)

Change Name, Address or Contact Info: Click "Edit Your Profile" (right of screen)

How do I create an account?

Accounts with FusionBeads.com can be set up after you've shopped for the items you'd like to purchase and clicked "Checkout".

If you would prefer to set up an account prior to shopping, you will have the ability to set up a Wishlist and have a saved cart. Shopping while logged in to your account will cause our site to actually save the items you put into your cart without them disappearing.

To set up an account, just click "Sign In" located in the upper right-hand corner of our website.

You will see Name and Email fields with a large "Continue" button below. Click "New customer? Click here." located directly below the "Continue" button.

This will direct you to our New Customer Information form. Fill this out, click "Continue" and you're done!

When you checkout or come back to shop again, use the email address and password that you've set up with your account to sign in if you're not signed in already.

What is my order status?

Once you are signed in to your account, you can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of our website. In the section labeled "Orders" click "See Orders". This will display your entire order history and will show the status of any order currently being processed in our Warehouse.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your order number and request. As long as your order has not been processed, we will accommodate your request.

What do I do if there is a mistake in my order?

We want you to be happy with your order and the quality of the merchandise you receive from us. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us at your earliest convenience within two weeks of receiving your order.

How can I print a past invoice?

You can print any invoice by logging in to our website then clicking "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. In the section labeled "Orders" click "See Orders". This will display your entire order history since August 2012. Click the "Print" button located between the date and order number of the invoice you'd like to print. This will open a PDF which will be formatted to print for you.

Why don’t I see the invoice for a past order?

Any orders after August 2012 can be found by clicking "See Orders".

I don't remember my password. How do I change it?

When you do not remember your password, click the link below the Password field on the Account Sign In page that says “Click here if you’ve forgotten your password.” If you have previously entered a password hint – something to help you remember your password – the page will refresh and display your hint.

If no hint appears or the hint doesn’t help, click the link below the Password field that says “click here and we will email you instructions.” An email will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account.

In your email account, open the email with the subject line “Password Change Request For FusionBeads.com Account” and either click the link in the body of the email or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar. This link will take you to a page where you can type in a new password, as well as a new password hint. Once you have typed in your new password twice, making sure to type the exact same thing each time, and a hint for a new password, click the “Change Password” button.
