How do I place an order?

PLEASE NOTE:
We accept orders placed online through our web site only.
We are unable to take orders by telephone, fax, email or mail.

Find Products:

First, find the products that you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. For tips on finding products on our site, see our How to Use our NEW Website Q&A.

Put Items in My Cart:

A little info about our saved cart: If you are logged in to your account while shopping we will save your cart for you! Once you log out, your cart will appear empty, but items from your previous shopping session will reappear when you log in again. The saved cart will clear out after you’ve placed your order.

You can add an item to your cart by entering the quantity of an item you want in the QTY box and clicking the pink "Add" button to the right of the product. When all of the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, you are ready to proceed to checkout.

To access your cart, click the “My Cart” button in the upper right-hand corner of our website. You can also access your cart from the pop up window that appears when an item is added to your cart.

I’m Ready to Checkout!

From the Cart page, click “Checkout” located at the bottom of the screen. You can also proceed to checkout from the pop up window that appears when an item is added to your cart.

Log in to your account by entering your email address and password then clicking the “Continue” button located just below those fields. If you haven’t created an account with us, or if you’d like skip creating an account and use our Guest Checkout, click the “Continue” button located just below the heading “Guests and New Customers”.

Remember, items are saved by our system if you shop while logged in to an account. That means that any items from a previous shopping trip to FusionBeads.com will reappear and be added to your cart once you log in.

Order Review, Shipping, Payment:

After logging in, a payment screen will open. Choose your preferred payment method and enter any Gift Certificates that you may have. Click “Continue”.

You are now on your final ordering screen before order submission.

•         Enter your Shipping and Billing Addresses

•         Select your preferred Shipping Method

•         Check to make sure your order is correct

•         Enter and Apply any Coupon Codes or Gift Certificates if you have not done so already

•         General Comments can also be left for our Warehouse and Customer Support Teams to review

Order Submission:

Now that you’ve verified your information and order, click the “Submit Order” button located at the bottom of the Order Information page.

Your order number will appear at the top of the screen when it refreshes along with a list of the items in your order and the total.

Will I receive an order confirmation email? Do you send any other emails?

Once an order is successfully placed an automatic email confirmation with the details of your order is sent within a matter of moments. You will also receive an email notification when your order ships from our warehouse.

If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox as expected, please check your spam or junk mail folder to see if our message was diverted there. If this happens, please add us to your trusted senders or address book to authorize future correspondences from our email system.

Please note that email is our primary form of communication with our customers. If there is a change or issue affecting your order we may attempt to reach you via the email address provided on your customer account.

Can I combine two orders that I placed?

Due to the streamlined processing of orders in our warehouse we are unable to accommodate combination requests at this time. Please contact us if we can be of further assistance with your orders.

How can I change the quantity of an item that I am going to purchase?

Adjusting Quantities:

Once an item is in your Cart, change the number in the Qty box to the amount you would like to order, then click "Update Total", located in the lower right-hand corner of the Cart page.

Removing Items:

To remove an item from your shopping cart click the small 'X' directly to the right of the item you would like to remove.

How do I place a special order?

If you are interested in purchasing a significantly large quantity of a single product, our Customer Support Representatives are happy to help you place a special order!

There are special conditions and requirements for placing a special order:

  • A minimum purchase requirement may apply to special order items.
  • The estimated time of arrival will vary depending on the product being ordered.
  • Payment for the product is due at the time to order is placed.
  • Shipping charges are due when the order is shipped to you.
  • Special orders may not be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

If you are interested in a special order, please email support@fusionbeads.com with the following information:

1. SKU number(s) of the item(s).

2. The quantity of item(s) you are interested in.

3. The date you need the item(s).

If a special order is possible, we will respond with a price quote, delivery estimate and the minimum purchase required (if applicable) along with any forms or details necessary.

Please note that we are not able to offer special orders for items that are not presented on our website and some items may not be available for this type of ordering. Nevertheless, we are happy to look into the available options on your behalf!
