How do I sign up for your eNewsletter?

Sign up for our eNewsletter by entering your email address in the box labeled “ENTER EMAIL FOR SPECIAL OFFERS” located in the upper left-hand corner of our site and click "Sign Up". You will then be asked for your first and last name and to confirm your email address.

How often do you send out your eNewsletter?

Our eNewsletter is the best way to keep track of all the happenings here at Fusion Beads. It is sent out 3 or 4 times a week. These are brief updates on all the biggest news at FusionBeads.com including special promotions, new Inspiration Projects, new Beading Techniques, product we just added to our selection and featured blogs.

How do I update my email address so I can still receive your eNewsletter?

To update the email address used to receive our eNewsletter, please contact our Customer Support Team with your first and last name, old email address and the new one you'd like to use. Please be clear which email address is the one you would prefer to receive our messages at to ensure delivery. We are available to serve you at support@fusionbeads.com.

Do you offer a paper Newsletter?

With the environment in mind, we do not publish a paper newsletter or catalog. You can get all of our most recent updates throughout the week by signing up for our eNewsletter!

How do I unsubscribe from or re-subscribe to your eNewsletter Mailing List?

To unsubscribe from our eNewsletter:

1. Open one of our eNewsletter emails in your inbox.

2. Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the very bottom of your newsletter.

3. Done! You will not receive any further eNewsletter messages - but be sure to check back often so you don't miss any of our fast changing promotions and new Inspiration! If you choose to re-subscribe, please follow the instructions below.

TWITTER - What is Twitter?
Twitter is social media networking tool that allows you to instantly connect with others through "tweeting" to one another.

What is a Tweet?
A tweet is how you interact or respond to others on Twitter. There is a 140 character limitation on tweets. Tweets are often directed to other Twitter users or include hashtags - but not always.

What is a Hashtag?
A hashtag is something used in a tweet to connect it to a specific topic. Typically, a key word is used as the hashtag (i.e., #FusionNews).

How are Hashtags used?
Hashtags are Twitter's way of forming topic threads or groups. Instead of having to go to a separate forum or page, Tweeters just use hashtags to connect their Tweets with related topics. Putting a hashtag (#) in front of a keyword or phrase allows users to search Twitter for a specific hashtag. Only related content will be found in the search, regardless of other Tweets that may have some of the same words in them.
Try searching our hashtag #InspireU to see an example. Remember- you must have the # symbol in front of the term you are searching and no spaces can be included.

What is a Twitter Handle?
A Handle is the name you go by on Twitter and is usually preceded by an @ symbol. Our handle is @FusionBeads.

How can I find you on Twitter?

To locate us on Twitter when on that site, simply search 'FusionBeads'. If you're on our website, just click the blue 'T' symbol located in the upper right-hand corner of every page, directly below the top navigation bar. You will be redirected to our Twitter page.

How do I follow you on Twitter?

To follow us on Twitter, simply log into Twitter, go to our main Twitter page and click the "Follow" button. You do need a Twitter account to follow another Twitter user.

How can I tweet to you?
To tweet to us (or to "mention" us) all you need to do is type @FusionBeads as part of the body of your tweet. This will pop up in our "Mentions" tab.

How can I Tweet a picture to you?
When composing a tweet, there will be a small picture of a camera directly below the tweeting text box. Click this small camera and a file upload window will pop up. Select the picture you want to Tweet, enter your text, and don't forget to mention us (include @FusionBeads)!

How can I search your sales on Twitter?
In the Twitter search bar (located at the top of the website towards the center of the page) simply type in the hashtag #FusionNews. This will bring up all of our Tweets about sales and promotions.

By following us on Twitter, you are constantly updated with all the most current information about FusionBeads.com! What is Facebook?

Facebook is a social media networking website that allows its users to interact through Status Updates, uploading pictures and Timeline Posts.

What is a Facebook Timeline?

Each user has their own Facebook Timeline. This is where your status updates will be displayed. Your friends may also post to your Facebook Timeline.

Where did my Facebook Wall go?

Recently, Facebook has updated its formatting. Every user and brand now has what is called Timeline. This will serve the same function as your Facebook Wall had. If you would like to see all of the amazing work other Facebook users have posted on our Timeline Click the "Highlights" button just below our cover photo at the top of our page. When the drop down menu appears, select ‘Posts by Others’. From here you can comment on and like posts by other Fusion Fans and even post your own project photos!

How can I find you on Facebook?

To locate us on Facebook when on that site, simply search 'FusionBeads.com'. If you're on our website, just click the blue 'F' symbol located in the upper right-hand corner of every page, directly below the top navigation bar. You will be redirected to our Facebook Timeline.

How do I "Like" you on Facebook?

In the search bar located at the top of the Facebook website, type in "FusionBeads.com" and click the search icon. This should bring you directly to our Facebook page. Once you are there, look below our cover photo, there should be an option that says "Like". Click that link.

I don't see the "Like" button. Why?

If the "Like" button does not appear to the right of our name, you've already "Liked" us! This means you're eligible for updates and entry into our Sweepstakes and Giveaways conducted through Facebook.

How do I comment on your Facebook posts?

Directly below each Status Update or picture we post there should be a small box that says, 'Write a comment…', click that and from there all you need to do is start typing. When you're done, hit the 'enter' key and your comment will show up!

How can I post a picture to your Facebook Timeline?
There are several ways to post images on Facebook. If the image is on your computer make sure the file is saved in a place that you can find it easily, such as on your Desktop or in your Photos folder.
  1. Go to our Timeline.
  2. You will see an area at the top of the Timeline that says 'Write something...' with the words 'Post', 'Photo/Video'. Click on 'Photo/Video'.
  3. Select 'Upload Photo/Video'.
  4. By clicking 'Browse' next you will open a window which allows you to locate the photo file on your computer where you have saved it.
  5. Once you've selected the image click 'Open'. You have now successfully chosen your image to be posted on Facebook. You will also be able to include a comment if you would like.
  6. Click the blue 'Post' button to finalize your post. Success!

If you would like to post a link to one of your Facebook photo albums, go to your Timeline first. (Access this by clicking your name which is located in the upper right-hand corner of Facebook.)
  1. Once on your Timeline select the 'Photos' option found below your cover photo.
  2. Click on the photo album or specific image you'd like to post.
  3. Click in your browser window where the web address is so that it is highlighted. (It will say something like: http://www.facebook.com/media/set...) On your keyboard press 'Ctrl' and 'C' at the same time to copy the photo album's location.
  4. Go back to our Timeline, or wherever you'd like to post your link, and click in the box that says 'Write something…'
  5. Paste the link into the box there by pressing 'Ctrl' and 'V' at the same time. You will also be able to include a comment if you would like.
  6. Click the blue 'Share' button to finalize your post. Success again! 
  7. Please note that uploading a link to our Facebook Timeline will not work if your Facebook security settings related to photos are high.

By liking us on Facebook, you will have access to Facebook exclusive coupon codes, have the opportunity to connect and interact with a great beading culture, as well as receiving the most up to date information about Inspiration Projects, sales and promotions at FusionBeads.com. Not to mention all the great Sweepstakes we have!

How do I see Fusion Beads in my update stream?

Make sure you get the latest beading news by adding us to your Interest Lists!

  1. Go to our Timeline.
  2. Click the drop down menu to the right of the Message button, beneath our Cover Photo.
  3. Select Add to Interest Lists.
  4. If you haven’t already created an Interest List, click +New List.
    1. Choose the people and/or pages to feature on your Interest List and name it!
    2. Select the privacy settings for your new Interest List and click Done.


How can I hide you from my update stream on my Timeline?

You can hide Fusion Beads' Facebook updates easily by hovering over any of our posts that appear in your feed. A small downward pointing arrow will appear. Click the arrow to access a drop-down menu. You can hide that one single post, or everything by us.

If you do choose to hide us on Facebook please check back often so you don’t miss out on our rapidly changing promotions! How do I enter a Sweepstakes on Facebook?

When we are offering a Facebook Sweepstakes you must first like our page to enter. You can then go to our Facebook page and click on the Sweepstakes box located just below our large cover photo at the top of that page. Please see our Contest Rules Q&A for rules and limitations.

What is a blog comment?

Blog readers are welcome to leave comments on our blog. Each post has a comment section at the bottom.

How can I post a comment to a blog post?

At the bottom of each blog post is a link to click on to leave a comment. If no one else has done this yet, the link will say "Leave a comment". If other readers have left comments already the link will change to tell you how many comments are there (i.e. "One comment"). You can still click this same link to access the comment tool.

When the tool appears, enter your name, email address, website URL (if applicable) and your message. Please do not include any private information for your safety. Click "Submit Comment" at the bottom of the comment tool. Success!

Can other readers see my comments?

Yes. Blog comments are open to the public.

How do I find posts about specific topics?

Each blog entry is sorted by topic. Categories can be found on the right-hand side of the blog page.

You can also search keywords or terms in the Search tool, located in the upper right-hand corner of the blog page.

Can I subscribe to your blog? How?

Subscribing to our blog is easy! Just click the 'Subscribe!' link located on the upper right-hand side of our blog page, directly below the Search tool.

What is an RSS feed?

RSS (Rich Site Summary) feeds are updates regarding new content for your favorite sites. They save time by notifying the subscriber when content is added rather than requiring the subscriber to check their favorite sites daily. A Feed Reader or News Aggregator software is needed to receive these updates. These programs are often built in to the existing software on your PC or are easily downloaded.

When you subscribe to our blog, you are subscribing to our RSS feed.

How do I find a past blog post on the FusionBeads.com blog?

We archive all of our blog entries in several different ways. Aside from using the Search tool to locate a topic you're interested in, you can also find our past blog posts under the different headings that are shown to the right-hand side of our blog page.

Our most current content is found under the heading "Recent Posts". To browse blog content by topic, look under the "Categories" heading. When searching for a post from a specific time-period, look under the "Archives" heading.

Several keywords can be found at the very bottom of the right-hand column on our blog page. These are some of our most commonly used tags and will link you to relevant post content.

How do I enter your blog contest or giveaway?

What is Pinterest?
Pinterest is a virtual Pin board that allows you to collect ideas or images in one organized area. Pins can be viewed as a stream of images or on curated Pin boards.

How do I get a Pinterest account?

After going to Pinterest.com click the “Request an Invite” button. Enter your email address in the field provided, click “Request Invitation” and follow the prompts you receive in your invite email.

Do I have to have a Twitter or Facebook account to sign up with Pinterest?
At this time, you must have either a Twitter or Facebook account to sign up for Pinterest. Please contact Pinterest directly if you have more questions regarding Pinterest’s policies, terms and conditions.

What is a Pin?
A Pin is an image or video that is Pinned on a Board by a user. Other Pinners can repin Pins they like to their own Pin boards.

When you click a Pin on a Pin board you will see the full resolution of the image. Click it again to be directed to the image source.

What is a Pinboard?
A Pin board is where your Pins are saved and displayed. Pin boards are created, organized and maintained by the user. You may have as many or as few Pin boards as you would like.

How do I Pin something from your site?
You may Pin an image to your Pinboard from FusionBeads.com one of the following two ways:

“Pin It” button on FusionBeads.com:
  1. Click the “Pin It” button located below the image on FusionBeads.com you want to pin. Follow the steps in Pinterest’s pop-up “Create Pin” window.
Add a link to Pinterest:
  1. When you see something on FusionBeads.com that you’d like to Pin, copy the link to that webpage from your browser’s address bar.
  2. Go to Pinterest.com. Click the Add button located in the upper right-hand corner of the Pinterest website. You will see 3 options: Add a Pin (from a website), Upload a Pin (from your computer,) or Create a Board.
  3. Click Add a Pin and paste the link you copied in Step 1 into the provided field. Click the “Find Images” button.
  4. The images on that page will load in the left side of the window. Use the <- Prev and Next -> below the image to select the image you want to pin. Select the Board you want your Pin to appear on from the drop down menu in the right side of the window. Add a brief description of your pin in the provided field and click the “Pin It” button.

You can find us on Pinterest by going to Pinterest.com/FusionBeads.

How do I follow you on Pinterest? Will you follow me back?
You can follow us on Pinterest by clicking the “Follow All” button located at the top and center of our page, Pinterest.com/FusionBeads. Once you follow us, you will see all of our new Pins in your main Pinterest landing page.

We try very hard to make sure we follow all of our followers back on Pinterest!

To follow a specific Pin board, click on the board you like and click the Follow button at the top center of the page.


Can I change the cover photo on my board?
Yes, you can change the cover photo on your Pin boards at any time one of the following two ways:

From your Pinterest profile page:
  1. Hover over the Pin board you want to change and click the “Edit Board Cover” button.
  2. Click the left and/or right arrows to find the image you want to be your new Board Cover.
  3. Use your mouse to center the part of the image you want to appear as your new Board Cover.
  4. Click the “Set Cover” button.
  5. Congratulations! You’ve changed your cover photo!
From your Pinboard:
  1. Click the Pin board you want to change.
  2. Hover over the image you would like to set as your new Board Cover.
  3. Click the “Set as Board Cover” button.
  4. Use your mouse to center the part of the image you want to appear as your new Board Cover. Click the “Set Cover” button.
  5. Congratulations! You’ve changed your cover photo!
Can I move a Pin to a different Pinboard or delete it?
Yes, you can move a Pin to another Pin board or delete a Pin at any time.

From your Pinboard:
  1. Click the Pin board you want to change.
  2. Hover over the Pin you’d like to transfer or delete.
  3. Click the “Edit” button.
  4. To move a Pin:
  5. Select the Pin board you’d like to transfer the Pin to from the Board drop down menu.
  6. Click the “Save Pin” button.
  7. To delete a Pin:
  8. Click the “Delete Pin” button.
