Step 1
For a basic right angle weave design, choose the colors you want to work with. For this technique, I have choosen four colors - color A, color B, color C, and color D. | | Step 2
Cut a piece of thread about 8 feet long. Thread your needle to the middle of the thread. This will allow you to use double thread which will make your finished piece stronger. | | Step 3
Use Thread Heaven to condition your thread. This will help prevent fraying. |

String 4 beads onto your thread (A, B, C, D). | | Step 5
Bring the beads down towards the end of your thread (leave at least 6 inches). Go back through A. This will create a ring or 4-bead unit. | | Step 6
Pass your needle back around the ring (B, C, D) and exit again from A. |
