Messy Wire Wrapped Bail
A messy wire wrapped bail is just like it sounds: messy! You don't need to worry about the wires laying perfectly next to each other, the point is to wrap in a free form organic fashion.

String one briolette onto about one foot of wire, leaving about 1 1/2 inches on the one side.
Pull both sides of the wire up - forming the wire to the sides of the hole of the briolette.
With your finger cross the wires.
Use the tips of your chain nose pliers to grasp the longer piece of wire directly above where the wires cross.
Bend the wire straight up.
Use the tips of your chain nose pliers to grasp the short piece of wire directly above where the wires cross.
Bend the wire down to a 90° angle.
Grasp the triangle that was created with your chain nose pliers.
Wrap the short piece of wire around the longer piece about 1 1/2 - 2 wraps.
With your wire cutters, cut the short tail as close as possible.
Using the tips of your chain nose pliers, grab the wire directly above the wrap.
With your finger, push the wire to a 90° angle
Using your round nose pliers, grasp the wire right at the bend.
Pull the wire around the round nose pliers until it is almost pointing directly down.
Reposition your pliers by opening your round nose pliers (but do not pull the pliers out of the loop) and pivot your pliers so the bottom tip is on the top. Continue pulling the wire around the nose of the pliers until the loop is completely round.
To then wrap the loop, continue holding the loop with the round nose pliers and grip the wire with your fingers. Pull the wire around the neck of the triangle bail.
Continue wrapping down the briolette in a free form fashion until you have covered as much of the briolette as desired.
Then wrap back up the briolette in a free form fashion overlapping the previous wire and end towards the top of the briolette.
Using the wire cutters, cut off the extra wire as close as you can to the wrap.
Tuck the remaining tip of wire with your chain nose pliers so there are no sharp pieces of wire sticking out that can snag on clothing.
Congratulations! You now have a messy wire wrapped briolette.
