What is your Return Policy?
You may return eligible products within 365 days of the order shipment date. Please note that we are not able to process product exchanges.
2. Any eligible product returned after 90 days will receive store credit with FusionBeads.com.
3. We do not accept returns on the following products:
- custom-cut products such as chain, wire, wire lace or cord
- pre-packaged items that have been opened such as stringing materials, kits, seed beads or Delica seed beads
- books or software
- items which were discontinued at the time of purchase
5. In the event you choose to return any non-defective items for which you have received a volume pricing discount, your credit may be adjusted for this item based on the quantity you kept.
If you receive an order with an error please call or email us so we can correct the issue immediately.
How quickly will you receive my return package after I ship it?
The length of time it takes for your return to arrive in our warehouse is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. USPS Parcel Post items can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination and have no guaranteed delivery time.
Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.
We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.
Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
Will you process an exchange for me?
While we do not process product exchanges, we do accept returns for a full refund within 365 days of the original ship date! You can return the items you are unhappy with and reorder a preferred product at your leisure. Please see our Return Policy, above, for details.
If there is a problem with your order please contact our Customer Support Center at your earliest convenience within two weeks of receiving your purchase and we will correct the matter promptly at no cost to you.

Can I drop off my return at your Retail or Website location in Seattle, WA?
To assure your online return is processed in a timely fashion, please mail your items along with a return form to the address below. Our website warehouse and Retail Store in Seattle, WA are in two separate locations. Our warehouse is not accessible to the public.

Can I return product I bought online to your Retail Store in Seattle, WA?
You may return items purchased online to our Retail Store in Seattle, WA for in-store credit only. If you would like a refund or online credit please mail your return to the address provided in our Return Policy, above.
To submit your return to our Retail Store please follow these steps:
1. Have all items in their original packaging. Items must be in their original, resalable condition.
2. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the store with you. You can use the packing slip provided in your shipment or print one off from your account online.
3. Bring your completed return form. This can also be found on the back of your packing slip provided in your shipment or printed off from our Return Policy section, above.
