Seattle Store Closure Information
Our Seattle location will be closed as of September 30, 2017. Below are answers to the questions we think you will most need.
Our retail store staff has been truly inspired and grateful for all of the customers we have had the pleasure of meeting over the last twenty years. We appreciate the time you have spent shopping with us and taking classes. We hope you will all stop in over the next couple of months to shop our remaining inventory, take one of our last classes, and give us a chance to say goodbye. We also hope that you keep on beading with us and we look forward to seeing you online!

What does the Seattle store closing mean for FusionBeads.com?
Don’t worry- Fusion Beads is still here for all your beading needs! We are just making the transition to online-only. You will still be able to shop for all the same beads and jewelry supplies online as well as access all of our techniques, inspiration, and beading information. We also have a brand new YouTube channel with great how-to and product videos!
How do I set up my Fusion Beads account on the website?
It’s easy to sign up for a Fusion Beads online account! Go to FusionBeads.com and click “Register” at the top right of the page. Or click here to follow these three easy steps to set up an account on your computer or mobile device.

What will happen with classes?
There will be no classes scheduled for the Fall session. The current class calendar that runs through August will be the last classes at our retail store location. Our current class calendar still has spaces available in many of the classes, check it out on Eventbrite. Also, if you are looking for more learning opportunities, check out our step by step Techniques and our new Fusion Beads YouTube channel.
Will you be having closeout sales?
Yes, visit the store and check out our email newsletter for information on upcoming promotions.
**All closeout sales in August and September will be final sales and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.**
Will your store hours change?
Yes, our store hours have changed to 10am to 6pm Wednesday through Sunday. We will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
What happens to my outstanding store credit, gift certificate, Groupon deal, Best of Western Washington deal or Living Social deal?
All store credits, gift cards and deal vouchers are still valid. We suggest that you plan to use them before we close on September 30th, as you will be able to use your credit and gift cards in combination with the great sales we will have before closing. All outstanding credit on store accounts or gift cards will be transferred to our online customer support after September 30th.
Will you still be having the Sparkle for a Cause auction this year?
We will not be hosting the auction this year, but please feel free to donate directly to Treehouse instead! They gladly accept donations, visit Treehouseforkids.org for donation and contact information.
Will you be selling the store fixtures/samples/supplies?
We have no current plans to liquidate any of the store fixtures, samples or furnishings at this time, and we appreciate your consideration in not inquiring about these items with our staff.
