The pieces will slowly continue to patina with time. To retain their color, seal the pieces with a little paste wax. These products are eco-friendly and lead-free compliant.
Brass is a softer metal that can be manipulated with the careful use of round and flat nose pliers. You will be able to change the shapes to wrap stones, create bails, form into bracelets and create many other things. A gentle rub with extra-fine steel wool will highlight the relief to give them an additional glow. Vintaj recommends using mild soap with warm water to care for them.
