Antique Brass Beads by Vintaj
Beautiful antiqued beads from Vintaj have the aged look of vintage pieces that have developed their patina over time. Produced from new, nickel-free brass in the United States, Vintaj pieces obtain their beautiful color through a process that does not involve chemicals. Made from natural raw brass, each piece develops its own unique look. The colors they radiate range from rich shades of deep golden brown to a darker brown. The pieces will slowly continue to patina with time. To retain their color, seal the pieces with a little paste wax. These products are eco-friendly and lead-free compliant.
Brass is a softer metal that can be manipulated with the careful use of round and flat nose pliers. You will be able to change the shapes to wrap stones, create bails, form into bracelets and create many other things. A gentle rub with extra-fine steel wool will highlight the relief to give them an additional glow. Vintaj recommends using mild soap with warm water to care for them.
