The smallest of our Japanese seed beads, size 15 round seed beads impart amazing detail in both loom and off-loom beadwork. Size 15 round seed beads will fit onto 22 gauge wire and .019 beading wire. A size 10 beading needle and size D beading thread can be used for most bead weaving stitches and for bead embroidery. For off-loom stitches that require multiple passes of thread, such as right-angle weave, a size 12 needle may be necessary.
