Now you can give nearly any flat, nonporous surface or fabric the sparkle of Swarovski Elements Crystals. With a little adhesive, place these shimmering jewels on cell phones, sunglasses or clothing. We recommend using Dazzle Tac Jewelry Glue or Gem Tac Permanent Adhesive to adhere flat-backs to nonporous surfaces and Hypo Fabric Cement to glue them to fabric.
