Clear Soft Flex Beading Wire
Clear Soft Flex Beading Wire is a flexible beading wire made of multiple strands of stainless steel covered with nylon, which makes it strong and durable. A material of choice for basic bead-stringing needs, clear Soft Flex has an attractive drape and doesn't kink. It’s available in three diameters: .014, .019 and .024. The .014 size is designed for softer, less abrasive materials and beads with small holes such as gemstones, freshwater pearls and seed beads. Size .019 is for use with glass beads, Swarovski crystals, metal beads, some pearls and larger seed beads. Diameter .024 is excellent for abrasive materials and jewelry designs that may encounter lots of movement, such as watchbands and bracelets. Soft Flex is firm enough that it can be used without a needle. You must use crimp beads to securely fasten Soft Flex to a clasp. |
