Dear Fusion Friends,
On May 5th, our amazing shipping team returned to fulfill and ship your orders after a 6 week closure. We have a limited staff working so there will be shipping delays but we are working hard to get orders out as soon as we can.
We anticipate it will take us two to three weeks to catch up. We appreciate your patience so much!
Our Customer Support team is also back with limited capacity so we encourage you to email us with questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We hope to have our phone coverage live again soon.
Because the health of our customers, staff and families are our top priority, we are taking every precaution and handling your orders with the utmost of care.
Per the most current Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization instructions, we are routinely:
Sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces and touch points in our warehouse.
Mandating frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Providing masks and gloves for all employees.
Ensuring safe working distances between all employees.
Instructing employees to remain home if they, or someone close, are showing symptoms of any illness.
