What is your Return Policy?
You may return eligible products within 90 days of the order shipment date. Please note that we are not able to process product exchanges.
1. Eligible products received within 45 days will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
2. Eligible products received within 46-90 days will be refunded in full to the original payment method less a 20% restock fee.
3. Refunds for items that received volume discount pricing will be adjusted based on the quantity kept.
4. If you used a pre-paid credit card ‘Gift Card’ notate on your return form and you will receive store credit for your returned items.
5. When returning multiple orders, each order must be packaged separately.
6. Notate the accurate quantity returned on the return form.
Products must be in their original condition, count, weight and packaging. We do not accept returns on the following products:
1. custom-cut products such as wire, chain or cord
2. open pre-packaged or bulked products
3. items which were discontinued at the time of purchase
In order to process returns in a timely manner we ask that you follow our policies or you may incur a restock fee on your refund.
How quickly will you receive my return package after I ship it?
The length of time it takes for your return to arrive in our warehouse is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. USPS Parcel Post items can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination and have no guaranteed delivery time.
Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.
We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.
Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
Will you process an exchange for me?
While we do not process product exchanges, we do accept returns for a full refund within 45 days of the original ship date! You can return the items you are unhappy with and reorder a preferred product at your leisure. Please see our Return Policy, above, for details.
If there is a problem with your order please contact our Customer Support Center at your earliest convenience within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will correct the matter promptly at no cost to you.

Can I drop off my return at your location in Seattle, WA?
Our Fulfillment Center is not open to the public. To ensure your online return is processed in a timely fashion, please mail your items along with a return form to the address below.
