fun and easy

by

i love these bracelets. i could sit and just make them by the thousands!!! the young children in the neighborhood have been buying them. they saw an older girl that i had made two for as a birthday gift and the stampede started. they are so much fun to make, the first few may be challenging because of the wrap...but after a few they are easy as pie. i use the satin rattail (1mm) instead of the s-lon cord. they are just a little more substantial using that thicker cord. it gives it an entirely different allusion. i have suggested them as a fund raiser for our local junior roller derby team. making them in the team's colors is a great way to get them noticed even more!!!!!

fun and easy (1 more tip)

i forgot to mention that i use a binder clip to hold the already woven cording in place. just placing it a few stitches behind where you are working makes it a bit easier to hold....and gives you a way to put down the work if need be. thanks!!!!!

Fun and Fast

I just made three of these. They do get easier the more you make. Very clever design and they look great stacked.

Too Much Fun!

These are just a blast and just about anyone can learn to make them! I brought the materials for a "make & take" at a friend's birthday lunch and everybody had so much fun. Thank you!

Easy Fun Project

This is a great project for older kids and teenagers as it is quick and easy. You are only limited by your imagination as both superlon and c-Lon cord come in many colors to mix with the different metal finishes of the chain!
